    She’s simply the BESS-T.
    I have been working with Bess for almost a year now and we’ve not stopped having fun yet. Originally I was looking for some consistency in my routine and thought having a weekly session scheduled to get a work out in would help me build regular exercise back into my routine. I’ve gained so much more than that. Every week we put the world to rights and I don’t even really notice how hard she’s been working me til it’s over. She’s a great listener and always has insightful words whether we’re talking about consistency in working out, problems at work, or difficulties navigating life. She’s always on hand to help work out a route to my goals and help me dust myself off when I fall down (sometimes literally). I hope I’ve not only found a great coach but a friend for life and can only urge you to seek her out so you can bask in the warmth of her glow.

    I cannottttt overstate how brilliant Bess is! I joined with her as I was recovering from Covid and a dodgy hip, and I’ve just now completed 2 years. My attitude towards fitness and being consistent with it has completely changed and Bess has been incredible with giving me realistic goals and seeing them through with me. She’s super friendly and warm so sessions always fly by, BUT she’s also firm where she needs to be to ensure I’m getting the most from this lifestyle change.

    Honestly, not many like her! Absolute gem who will always make time for you no matter how busy she is (and she’s BUSY)! You feel important, supported and she’s always in your corner.

    Cannot recommend her enough :)

    Bess is absolutely amazing. I first went to her to build up strength, endurance, and flexibility for an upcoming musical performance, but little did I know that I would start to actually enjoy the gym. She tailors each session to not only my physical capability but my mental state as well. If I have a twinge from dance/sports/waking up with odd pains, she explains what it could be and what exercises to do to see if it helps.

    Our sessions are more than just fitness workout. Its a work (and life) De-Stress time which I never knew I needed. And now more than ever since starting my new manager role.

    I can't recommend her enough! Thanks so much for the help and encouragement with my mind and fitness goals!
